Study on material, form and technology (2022)

The installation is a study on material, form, and technology. On the glass bricks displayed side by side, the same basic form transforms into something else. The material is in a change as well. Recycled glass has started to crystalize during the casting process and therefore the glass has partly lost its amorphous properties and the atomic structure has started to organize. The installation is about recycling materials, but also old techniques – airing ideas and ways of working.
