First There Were The Seagulls (2024)

During this projects, I have transformed my experiences about the sea into an installation using hot sculpted glass and sea-found waste objects. The plastic trash found on the coast of the sea is a concrete example of the impact that humans’ actions have on the environment. Through the process of sculpting glass, I am creating a visual narrative of how I see the state of Baltic Sea – unique environment full of live that is compromised by human’s actions
