Many traditional crafts, such as wood turning, throwing, and glass blowing, rely on a principle of rotating the material around its axis. This results in certain forms, shaping essence of these crafts. But what happens if the course of this movement is altered? Alternated Axis is a study of form and movement but also a testament to the evolution of tradition and innovation and the endless possibilities that emerge when we dare to change the direction from the familiar.
